Job description

Manage the company’s XiaoHongShu and TikTok account

Plan, shoot, and edit video content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Youtube, and XiaoHongShu)

Post consistently across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and XiaoHongShu) to grow respective follower base organically

Create reels, short form videos, stories, and promotional content

Capture behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, and real-time content

Occasionally, represent the company by being the host for such content including live reels

Work directly with marketing and sales to promote specific tour packages and develop content ideas and campaigns

Keep up with what’s trending for the local travel industry

Requirements

Based in Ipoh

Have full working rights in Malaysia

Passionate about travel and storytelling

You must be able to effectively communicate in and read Mandarin because candidate must regularly publish content on Chinese Social Media platform (Xiaohongshu)

Bachelor's degree or diploma in related fields

We need to see previous work that you have done

You must have high initiative to work on your own and by yourself as we do not have a dedicated media team

Able to produce high quality and original social media content that is consistent with the company branding – video shooting and editing skills is a must!
