  • Manage and track ICA-related applications.
  • Support the Director in providing notarial services.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Director in handling consular cases and liaising with local authorities.
  • Respond to consular-related inquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, and emails.
  • Manage, monitor, and track ICA-related applications.
  • Support the Director in providing notarial services.
  • Account for daily revenue collected and hand over for safekeeping or banking.
  • Update and maintain the Mission’s list of prisoners.
  • Organize and conduct regular prison visits.
  • Maintain statistics related to consular, visa, and notarial services.
  • Develop and maintain a contact list of regional consular agencies (e.g., immigration, hospitals, police).
  • Assist with visa-related matters and liaise with Appointed Visa Agents (AVAs), including conducting audits.
  • Handle general phone inquiries and direct calls to relevant officers.
  • Assist the Director in facilitating clearances at CIQs.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Provide coverage for other Local Recruitment Staff (LRS) when needed.
