Job summary

A construction company is seeking a dedicated Project Executive to support various construction projects from planning to completion. The role involves assisting in project planning, coordinating activities, and preparing essential documentation. Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying and ideally have 1-2 years of experience, although fresh graduates are welcome. Effective communication and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure are key requirements. This position may require travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in construction projects; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to travel to project site when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating and executing construction project activities.
• Prepare project documentation including tender documents, work schedules, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
