Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and financial records. Assist in the development and management of project budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on construction sites, addressing any issues promptly. Communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to facilitate clear communication with team members, clients, and vendors. Utilize project planning and construction management skills to contribute to the successful completion of projects. Support the financial budgeting process, assisting in the preparation and monitoring of project financial plans.
