Responsibilities

• Assist guests with special arrangements or services such as transportation, reservations, etc.
• Standby at the foyer to greet customers at the entrances and assist guests/residents by opening car doors for them.
• Provide wheelchair services to customers (where required) and maintain cleanliness of wheelchairs after each use.
• Assist in handling luggage, maintain proper storage of baggage, and deliver luggage to guests in their rooms.

Requirements

• Possess at least SPM certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Willing to work on a shift schedule basis.
• Those with 5 years or more experience will be considered for a supervisory role.
