Job description
Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough due diligence on both new and existing clients.
  • Collect, review, and accurately input client information into the KYC system.
  • Flag and elevate high‑risk clients in accordance with compliance protocols.
  • Maintain and update KYC records to ensure data integrity and audit readiness.
  • Deliver tasks within established service level agreements.
  • Provide end‑to‑end support to the Compliance team.
  • Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned by management to support departmental goals and priorities.
Qualifications & Skills – Who Are We Looking For:
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in a Compliance or Risk Management role, preferably within the Banking or Financial Services industry.
  • Minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Law, or related disciplines).
  • Strong understanding of compliance regulations, policies and procedures applicable to the industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in a related field such as law, finance or compliance.
  • Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin (mandatory), and fluent in English.
  • Must have no criminal record; strong integrity and clean financial background is critically important.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to start work immediately is an added advantage.
