Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Sepang for a Compliance Executive at Pos Aviation Engineering Services Sdn. Bhd. The Compliance Executive will ensure adherence to aviation regulatory standards, review internal processes for compliance, conduct audits, and liaise with regulatory authorities to maintain approvals and certifications. Key responsibilities include analyzing compliance risks, providing guidance on legal and regulatory matters, preparing reports, and ensuring all procedures align with aviation regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Regulatory Compliance and aviation‑related regulations.
• Proficient interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities to liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
• Analytical skills to assess compliance risks, interpret regulations, and recommend appropriate actions.
• Basic understanding or experience with law or legal frameworks related to aviation regulations is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in aviation or regulatory compliance are preferred.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
