Our client is seeking a Company Secretary Team Lead to join their team!
What you'll be doing?

Service Delivery & Compliance: Oversee CA, AGM, and AR engagements, ensuring compliance with ACRA and Companies Act requirements.

Team Supervision & Work Allocation: Lead and guide a team of corporate secretarial executives, ensuring efficient workflow and task allocation.

Process Efficiency: Implement best practices and standardized processes for corporate secretarial engagements.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for routine corporate secretarial matters, liaising with clients and regulatory authorities.

Risk Management & Governance Support: Ensure proper controls are in place to prevent compliance breaches and monitor regulatory updates.

Who are they looking for?

Qualifications & Experience: Diploma/Degree in Business, Law, Corporate Governance, or related field. Chartered Secretary qualification is a plus. Minimum 4-6 years of experience in corporatearial services, preferably in a professional firm.
