Company Secretary Assistant

Position: Company Secretary Assistant
Company: LXZ & Co (Accounting & Secretarial Firm)
Reports to: Licensed Company Secretary / Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Company Secretary in preparing and filing statutory documents with SSM (e.g., annual returns, resolutions, incorporation papers).
  • Maintain and update statutory records, registers, and minutes book.
  • Draft resolutions, notices, and minutes of meetings.
  • Liaise with clients, SSM, and other authorities on secretarial matters.
  • Ensure timely compliance with the Companies Act 2016 and related regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to the company secretarial team.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Law, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in company secretarial work (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Knowledge of Companies Act 2016 & SSM procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with secretarial software is an advantage.
  • Good command of English & Mandarin. Proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
