Job summary

A corporate service firm in Penang is seeking a highly organized Company Secretary Assistant to provide essential secretarial and administrative support. Responsibilities include preparing resolutions, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining statutory records. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or equivalent, with at least a year of relevant experience, and is proficient in Microsoft Office as well as spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates with extensive experience but without formal qualifications will also be considered.

Responsibilities
