Job Responsibilities
- Safety Driving & Quality Service
- Comply with work arrangements, clarify daily tasks, and efficiently complete all driving assignments assigned by the company.
- Strictly adhere to traffic rules to ensure safe and punctual transportation of personnel to destinations, while delivering high-quality service.
- Vehicle Inspection, Maintenance & Cleaning
- Diligently perform pre-driving, in-transit, and post-driving inspections and maintenance to keep vehicles in optimal technical condition.
- Handle regular vehicle cleaning to maintain a tidy exterior.
- Timely plan vehicle maintenance schedules; immediately apply for repairs upon detecting faults and follow up on repair progress.
- Vehicle Ledger Management
- Update vehicle information ledgers (e.g., model, purchase date) in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and other relevant details.
- Log each dispatch’s round-trip mileage, timing, purpose, and other information to complete the dispatch record ledger.
- Administrative Support Tasks
- Summarize and submit monthly water and electricity report data.
- Conduct inspections, maintenance, and management of fire‑fighting equipment and facilities in the company’s public areas.
- Other Duties: Complete any additional tasks assigned by leadership.
Qualifications Requirements
- Basic Criteria
- Education: SPM or above.
- Driver’s License: Hold a valid driver’s license (D‑license) with no history of major traffic accidents.
- Work Experience
- Over 3 years of practical driving experience; familiarity with local roads and traffic conditions is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance (e.g., oil changes, tire checks).
- Priority given to candidates with driving experience in manufacturing or Chinese‑funded enterprises.
- Proficient in Malay and English (working languages) with fluent communication skills. Good command of Chinese is a plus.
- Knowledge & Skills
- Familiarity with Malaysian road traffic safety laws and regulations.
- Skilled in basic vehicle maintenance tools and common fault diagnosis.
- Personal Attributes
- Strong service orientation, excellent communication/coordination skills, and patience for diverse passenger needs.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, highly responsible, and committed to confidentiality.
- Strong problem‑solving ability; adaptable to multi‑tasking in a startup environment.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: RM 1,700 – RM 2,200 (negotiable based on experience).
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday 8.30 AM to 5:00 PM (7.5 hours/day; specific schedule subject to company arrangement).
