Role Summary

The Community & Engagement Manager owns the brand's daily online presence and community experience. This role focuses on replies, conversations, scouting, and community growth.

You will be the frontline voice of the brand — engaging with users, discovering new conversations, and guiding people into our community channels.

Key Responsibilities
Community Management
  • Manage and moderate community platforms (Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp)
  • Onboard new members and support community discussions
  • Enforce community guidelines and maintain a positive environment
  • Support campaigns, events, and community activities
Replies & Engagement
  • Handle daily replies, comments, and DMs across social platforms
  • Actively engage in relevant conversations and threads
  • Represent the brand voice consistently and professionally
  • Monitor and scout relevant posts, creators, founders, and communities
  • Proactively invite and guide users into community groups
  • Identify potential collaborators and active community members
  • Surface content ideas based on real community conversations
Requirements
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experienced in managing online communities or social media accounts
  • Comfortable with fast-paced, real-time engagement
  • High sense of responsibility, empathy, and good judgment
