Starting at a new company is hard. Let alone, starting a position that you have little to no experience in.

Here at Omniraise, we understand. So we have designed our very own training module, theOmniraise Business Academy, to ease the transition for all our new colleagues. This 3‑month program will be delivered to you by HRDF approved trainers and will earn you some certification as well. During these 3 months, you will receive approximately 30 hours of training worth up to RM2,000 in training value.

Job Responsibilities

• Engage with the general public to educate and motivate them to support our partners on a long term basis
• Promote our partner’s causes with your team to achieve personal and team weekly sales targets
• Raise awareness for our partners on their causes around the world and their advocacy work in Malaysia
• Provide motivation and skillstraining to new colleagues once you have shifted to a senior in the team
• Ensureadherence to all relevant policies and procedures as per our Core Values & Code of Conduct
