Job summary

A leading energy solutions provider is hiring a Commissioning Electrical & Instrument Technician for offshore operations in Brazil. This role involves maintaining and troubleshooting electrical and instrumentation systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supporting daily offshore tasks. Candidates must have experience in offshore settings and valid certifications. The position offers a 6-month extendable contract with a rotation of 45 days on-site and 45 days off-site, and a demanding work schedule of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Electrical & Instrument Technician in offshore environments.
  • Valid offshore certifications (BOSIET/FOET, HUET, etc.) required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation systems.
  • Support daily offshore operations.
  • Ensure compliance with offshore safety standards.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to maintain operational continuity.

🚨 We are looking for a qualified Electrical & Instrument Technician to join the an Offshore Platform, scheduled to operate in Brazil.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation systems
  • Support daily offshore operations
  • Ensure compliance with offshore safety standards
  • Collaborate with technical teams to maintain operational continuity
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Electrical & Instrument Technician in offshore environments
  • Valid offshore certifications (BOSIET/FOET, HUET, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control systems, and measurement instruments
  • Good command of English
Position Details:
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Location: Offshore – Brazil
  • Rotation: 45 days on site / 45 days off site
  • Working schedule: 12 hours per day, 7 days per week
  • Contract type: 6 months + 6 months (extendable contract)
