Job description
Responsibilities
  • Provide commercial and procurement oversight to local teams across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with Head Office policies, standards, and Line of Authority (LOA).
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve procurement policies, procedures, and governance frameworks in line with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Support Business Development teams during early project stages by advising on EPC contract pricing inputs for financial models, PPA processes, and joint venture agreements.
  • Review and standardize RFPs and EPC contract templates to ensure consistency, risk control, and compliance with Head Office key terms and conditions.
  • Support Project Construction teams with contract management, budget control, variation orders, claims, and contractor payment reviews to ensure compliance and cost discipline.
  • Provide negotiation support to local commercial and procurement teams during O&M and transactional contracting activities.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate procurement and contract-related risks across project lifecycle stages.
  • Deliver training and guidance to local teams on procurement best practices, contract management, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor procurement performance, analyze data, and prepare reports to drive transparency, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Law, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in commercial management, procurement, or contract management within EPC, power plant, energy, or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of EPC contracts, budget control, variation management, and multi-country procurement governance.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Business Development, Project, Construction, and O&M teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen, risk awareness, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to operate independently in a regional / Head Office oversight role within an international environment.
