CTS SOLUTION ENGINEERING SDN. BHD. is seeking a skilled CNC Technician to join our team in Krubong Melaka. This full-time role is responsible for the operation and maintenance of our state-of-the-art CNC machines, ensuring efficient and high-quality production to meet the demands of our manufacturing and logistics clients.

What you'll be doing

• Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce parts and components to specification
• Perform routine maintenance and adjustments on CNC machines to optimise performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical or electrical issues with CNC machines
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate machining
• Maintain detailed records of machine usage, production data, and any repairs
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve efficiency and quality
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations in the workplace

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC Technician or CNC Machinist
• Strong technical knowledge of CNC machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues
