What you’ll be doing?

Operate CNC Machines: Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC milling and lathe machines for precision machining.

Configure Machining Parameters: Adjust cutting tools, jigs, and machine settings to meet production standards.

Perform Inspections: Conduct first piece inspections to ensure parts meet specifications before mass production.

Collaborate on Development: Work with the project team to validate new product designs and machining capabilities.

Monitor Tool Wear: Keep an eye on cutting tools, coolant levels, and fixture integrity to maintain production quality.

Troubleshoot Defects: Identify and resolve machining defects to ensure product consistency.

Customer Support: Partner with the QA department to address customer complaints and part failures.

Who are they looking for?

Experienced CNC Technician: Minimum of 5 years in CNC machining, preferably in automotive aluminium die casting.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in CNC milling and turning, with experience in Fanuc or Mitsubishi controls.

Educational Background: Diploma or certificate in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Precision Machining.

Drawing Interpretation: Ability to read mechanical drawings and understand GD&T requirements.
