• Experience providing IT technical support as a Level 1 or Level 1.5 engineer.
• Familiarity with ITSM and ticket-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain knowledge base articles.

Skills

Strong proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin)

Expertise in Linux or Windows Server administration
