We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our client team and support their mission‑critical public cloud environments. Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for public cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
• Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and security of cloud‑based systems, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, best practices, and standard operating procedures for cloud environments.
• Coordinate, schedule, and execute periodic patching of Operating Systems and AWS PaaS services.
• Support scheduled maintenance and application deployments, including occasional weekends or after‑office hours.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years of hands‑on experience in public cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
• Experience in designing and supporting production cloud environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across teams.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Added Advantages

• Experience with Windows/Linux Operating Systems Administration.
• Scripting or programming knowledge (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).
