Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a skilled Cloud Account Manager to drive business acquisition in key verticals such as FSI, Logistics, and Manufacturing. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate 2-3 years of cloud sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP. This role offers the opportunity to build relationships with senior decision-makers while contributing to the growth of newly acquired accounts.

URGENTLY HIRING CLOUD ACCOUNT MANAGER / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business acquisition by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities across assigned verticals (FSI, Logistics, Manufacturing)
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders
  • Seamlessly transition newly acquired customers into long-term accounts, ensuring successful onboarding and continuous growth
  • Partner with pre‑sales, delivery, and technical teams to design and propose tailored cloud solutions
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecast revenue, and provide regular performance updates to leadership
  • Represent the company at industry events, customer engagements, and partner forums
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in cloud sales, with exposure to FSI, Logistics, and/or Manufacturing industries
  • Demonstrated success in hunting and acquiring new logos
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to engage and influence senior executives
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Hands‑on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is a strong advantage
