Immerse yourself in an evidence-based business + psychology philosophy (no woo-woo at this company, just research-proven methodology)
No selling! This is not a sales job but a chance to put your skills and experience to use in a new way.
Integrate your skillset (our coaches use Motivational Interviewing and CBT as tools in their sessions)
Master new skills to become a productivity coach and trusted advisor to creatives, entrepreneurs and executives.
Join a team of talented and brilliant peers, all conspiring for your success.

We support our entrepreneur clients with strategic coaching of the "good-to-great" variety. We're hiring psychologists because we use evidence-based CBT and Motivational Interviewing techniques to help our clients. We need your clinical brain, but applied to high performance coaching rather than therapy.

We've also learned that the clinical psychology skillset translates directly to this work: You will have an advantage in helping our clients, unlocking breakthroughs and growth in their lives (and businesses) easier and faster than other coaches. This role will give you opportunity to use ALL your soft skills and instincts developed in your career so far.
