Reset Health is a new Integrative Wellness Clinic focusing on:

• Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
• Red Light Therapy
• Stem Cell / Exosomes

Responsibilities

• 1. IV Therapy
  • Prepare, administer, and monitor customer IV drips
  • Observe customer responses to ensure safety and comfort
  • Record treatment details and customer progress
• 2. Wellness Equipment Operations
  • (Training will be provided)
  • Operate Red Light Therapy Bed
  • Operate other wellness machines
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper function of all equipment
• 3. Customer Service
  • Greet customers and assist with appointments
  • Guide customers through treatment procedures
  • Provide clear explanations and care instructions
  • Ensure customers feel cared for and comfortable
• 4. Basic Clinical Assistance
  • Assist doctor with basic clinical procedures (blood taking, vitals, etc.)
  • Maintain hygienic and sterile working areas
  • Manage inventory (drips, needles, consumables)
  • Must be able to perform IV cannulation

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Nursing or relevant medical qualification
• 1–2 years of clinic/hospital/aesthetic/wellness experience preferred
• Responsible, clean, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Friendly, service-oriented, and enjoys health & beauty industry
• Punctual, positive, and a team player
• Able to start work soon is an advantage
