Responsibilities

Support the SEO team in executing Google marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM, and website development) that align with client objectives and contribute to achieving measurable results.

Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client queries, resolving issues, and maintaining regular communication via phone, email, or meetings.

Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout all project stages, ensuring clear communication and timely updates on progress, performance, and results.

Present campaign ideas, project updates, and performance reports as per Operating Standards or client requests.

Coordinate internal resources and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

What We're Seeking:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

Must have experience in client servicing, managing accounts, project management and ensuring client satisfaction.

Preferred to have basic SEO knowledge, understand keywords ranking, Meta tags, Heading Format

Preferred to have 1 -3 year of working experience in digital marketing marketing/ SEO / SEM / Web development campaign management.

Good to have experience in Marketing Agency background.

Ability to meet deadlines and outstanding time management skill.

Excellent presentation skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is required to handle our Chinese Clients. Other Chinese dialects will be an added advantage.

Proficient in using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console will be added advantage
