Job Summary
Client Communication & Relationship Building
  • Communicate with clients (Mandarin, English & Malay) to understand their supply chain needs
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Provide timely updates on inventory status and shipment progress
Supply Chain Coordination
  • Monitor and track inventory levels and movements
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams on stock management
  • Work with freight forwarders to arrange shipments
  • Ensure accurate documentation for customs clearance
  • Plan and schedule deliveries efficiently
Problem Solving & Process Improvement
  • Address and resolve delivery or inventory issues promptly
  • Identify opportunities to improve client experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations
  • Maintain accurate records in our systems
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Fresh welcome! 1-2 years in customer service, logistics, or supply chain preferred
  • Additional language skills (e.g. proficiency in Mandarin, would be an advantage. We're seeking candidates with strong Mandarin language skills to effectively serve and communicate with our valued Mandarin-speaking clients
