  • Responsible in daily office tasks and clerical duties such as data entry, documentation, filings, administrative and operational support
  • Provides administrative support and ensures efficient operation of the office
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and WhatsApp inquiry
  • Data entry, filing, scanning, printing and document preparations
  • Maintain proper filing of documents
  • Consistent follow up to ensure documents are processed in a timely manner
  • Responsible for the coordination of arranging documents for signing, compilation & submission
  • Handle and solve customers inquiries
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as and when required
