Job summary

A leading service provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Supervisor to oversee the Claims Excellence Team. This role encompasses ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements and providing training to the offshore team. Candidates should possess 5 years of medical claims processing experience and strong communication skills. The supervisor will manage quality assurance tasks and work closely with the Claims Excellence team to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in medical claims processing (both inpatient and outpatient) with 1-year supervisory experience.
  • Experience in Claims Quality Assurance is preferred.
  • Strong team player, willing to learn, able to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Assistant Manager/Manager in training the offshore team.
  • Provide ongoing training to Offshore Claims Team and ensure guidelines are followed.
  • Review quality assurance checking of the offshore team.

Skills

Cantonese language speaking and reading fluently
