Qualifications

  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Computer literate and able to manage documentation efficiently.

We are an authorised Chery dealership in Ipoh, dedicated to providing seamless aftersales service and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a Claim Advisor who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about helping clients navigate vehicle insurance and warranty claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with insurance and warranty claims related to vehicle repairs.
  • Guide customers through claim processes and required documentation.
  • Liaise with insurance companies, service team, and internal departments.
  • Ensure timely claim approvals and smooth processing for customers.
  • Update customers regularly on claim status and resolve any issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of claims and correspondence.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in insurance, claims, or automotive service (preferred).
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
