A child development ministry is seeking a dedicated Partnerships Manager in Malaysia to strengthen church partnerships. The role involves identifying new partnerships, evaluating initiatives to enhance the mission, and engaging effectively with church communities. This position plays a vital role in expanding and strengthening Compassion’s partnerships with churches in Malaysia. The role focuses on building awareness of our ministry among pastors and church leaders and activating new partnerships across Malaysia.
You will work with an existing portfolio of church relationships and develop warm leads into long‑term partnerships. This is a strategic, outward‑facing role ideal for someone passionate about building relationships and making a tangible impact.
