The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Risk and Security Officer (CTO) to lead the development and execution of a strategic plan for technology risk management and security. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning these plans with the company's business objectives, identifying, assessing, and mitigating technology risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. This role involves overseeing the implementation of cybersecurity measures to protect the organization's information assets and infrastructure, as well as leading continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of risk management and security practices.
Applicants for the CTO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in technology risk, cybersecurity, or related roles, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership capacity. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, etc. are highly desirable. The role requires a strong understanding of risk management frameworks, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, as well as excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
The CTO will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, auditors, and business leaders, and to lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Experience in using delivery performance data to drive insights for improvement is also a key requirement.
