About the role

As Chief Operating Officer at AGGREGATE PI BIZ MANAGEMENT', you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's strategic objectives and overseeing its day-to-day operations. What you’ll be doing

Developing and implementing operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Overseeing and coordinating the company's various business functions, including finance, human resources, and information technology.

Collaborating with the executive team to set and achieve company-wide goals and objectives.

Representing the company and building relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and industry leaders.

What we’re looking for

Extensive experience (8+ years) in a senior operational or general management role, preferably within a medium to large-sized organisation.

Proven track record of driving operational excellence and leading successful transformation initiatives.

Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex problems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
