Chief Nursing Officer, Nursing Administration

The Company is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer for Nursing Administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and overseeing all nursing operations within the healthcare facility to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. This includes managing and developing the nursing staff, promoting and monitoring the nursing team to maintain high standards of care, and coordinating with other services to facilitate the continuity of safe and quality patient care.

The role also involves participating in the recruitment and selection of nursing staff, creating a conducive working environment, and ensuring compliance with nursing policies and procedures. Applicants must be Registered Nurses with a valid Annual Practicing Certificate from the Nursing Board of Malaysia, holding a Bachelor of Nursing and preferably a Master’s degree or enrolled in a Master’s program. A minimum of 10 years of experience in nursing leadership is required.

The Chief Nursing Officer will be expected to engage in continuous nursing education programs, assess and appraise the performance of the nursing management team, and cooperate with educational institutions for the clinical training of student nurses. The role also includes monitoring and ensuring the compliance of nursing staff with quality and safety systems, as well as promoting activities that contribute to the continuous improvement of the nursing service.
