Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of working experience in legal practice or in-house counsel.
• Experience in corporate, commercial, litigation and conveyancing.

Responsibilities

• Draft, analyse and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
• Participate in legal meetings and negotiations.
• Liaise with external solicitors on legal matters.
• Provide legal advisory to internal stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve legal issues in contracts.
• Review and establish legal policies and guidelines.
• Keep abreast on laws and provide timely advice.
• Act as custodian of all legal documents.
• Liaise with external company secretary for compliance.
• Assist with drafting and vetting resolutions.
