Job description

Oversee accounting, treasury, financial control, and statutory reporting in compliance with IRB and local regulations.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.

Partner with senior management to drive business planning, profitability analysis, and investment evaluation.

Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with corporate governance and ethical standards.

Identify and manage financial and operational risks, including cash flow, FX and insurance.

Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, promoting accuracy, transparency and collaboration.

Overseeing, Compliance, HR and Admin department.

To be involved in group consolation exercise.

Reporting to Group Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements
