Randstad is collaborating with a long standing key FMCG player in Malaysia. Our client holds a distinct market position of being one of South East Asia's fully integrated providers that offers a complete portfolio.

This role reports directly to the Group CEO. The role oversees Sales, Marketing and Exports and holds full P&L accountability for multiple key markets.

Responsibilities
  • Consistently meet or exceed all annual and mid-term financial goals, focusing on driving revenue growth, optimizing profit margins, and strengthening cash flow as outlined in strategic business plans.
  • Execute integrated marketing strategies that maximize return on investment (ROI), significantly strengthen brand value, and ensure strict alignment with all international brand guidelines.
  • Lead continuous new product development (NPD) efforts to maintain portfolio relevance, capture consumer interest, and secure the foundation for sustained long-term growth.
  • Aggressively expand the export footprint into new and emerging international territories, effectively utilizing current business partnerships to unlock incremental market growth.
  • Uphold the highest standards of corporate governance and financial discipline, ensuring full and continuous compliance with all legal, statutory, and internal company policies.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 15-20 years of leadership experience in the FMCG industry. At least 5 years as a CEO, Managing Director, or General Manager overseeing multiple markets.
  • Strong commercial and operational acumen with proven track record in driving profitable growth.
