Qualifications

• A minimum Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Chemical Engineering, or Science is required.

Responsibilities

• Guide, train, and motivate staff while maintaining a high-quality team.
• Assist in developing departmental budgets and monitor spending.
• Prioritize and manage execution of multiple department projects.
• Work cross-functionally to identify and resolve production/engineering issues.
