• Greet customers when entering or leaving establishments and pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure proper grooming for all cashiers and always smile.
• Trained and developed new cashiers on POS system and key sales tactics.
• Resolved inquiries, complaints and issues with customers by providing information on procedures or policies.
• Ensured that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment.
• Maintained awareness of all promotions, advertisements and new product samples.
• Make sales referrals, cross‑sell products and introduce new ones to customers.
• Perform sales count before leaving and keep reports of transactions at Cash Office.
• Responsible to abide safety operation rules & regulation in store.
• Perform housekeeping, ensure cleanliness and health & safety measurement at checkout area.
