Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Chef to join our bar kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to our menu standards, maintaining quality, cleanliness, and consistency in every dish served.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to the bar menu and company standards.
  • Assist in food preparation for daily operations and special events.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area at all times.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards (KKM).
  • Ensure ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
  • Assist in stock rotation, inventory, and minimizing food wastage.
  • Cooperate with the Head Chef and team to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Report any equipment damage or shortage to the Outlet Manager.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and teamwork spirit in the kitchen.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Chef / Cook in a bar, restaurant, or café.
  • Basic knowledge of Western or bar-style food preparation.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a good work attitude.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Education & Experience
  • Certificate / Diploma in Culinary Arts is an advantage.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in the kitchen.
