We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our talented culinary team at our Omakase in Kuala Lumpur & Petaling Jaya. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking exceptional Japanese Omakase cuisine to delight our discerning guests. This is a full-time role offering competitive salary and benefits.

What you'll be doing
  • Preparing and cooking a variety of Japanese Omakase dishes with precision and attention to detail
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and service
  • Collaborating closely with the Head Chef and other members of the kitchen team
  • Ensuring strict adherence to all food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Assisting with inventory management and ordering of supplies
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
What we're looking for
