DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervises and provides practical assistance in the culinary production for their respective sections
• Ensures the production of present menus and set ups are according to hotel standards.
• Coordinates and ensures a smooth operation in their respective sections.
• Trains and participates in training sessions and ensures an enjoyable working environment in their respective sections.
• Plans and controls the par stock level in their respective section
• Maintains a clear, healthy and accurate communication with superiors, colleagues and subordinates at all time.
• Ensures a clean and hygienic operation in their respective sections at all time.
• To follow the principle of the Cost Reduction on a daily basis while performing within the workplace
• To perform any other tasks deemed necessary for the smooth operation of the organization
