Overview
  • Market Intelligence: We don't guess. We study the market to know exactly what refrigerator, washing machine, or kitchen appliances people want, and at what price.
  • Retail Dominance: We aim to be the top brand in major stores like Senheng, Harvey Norman, TBM, ESH, One Living and more.
  • Seamless Operations: From choosing the product to seeing it in a customer's home, we handle the full journey to make sure we are the #1 choice in Malaysia.
What's your role?
  • Product Strategy: You define our SKU focus. You decide which models to push and what the "product mix" should look like for each big account to make sure we grow fast.
  • The Product Expert: Before we launch, you tell us if a product will fly or fail. You’ll study the specs and prices of top brands to make sure our "fighting model" is better than the rest.
  • The Deal Maker: You’ll be the bridge to the big bosses and buyers at major retail channels. You’ll talk to them, pitch our brand, and get us listed in their stores.
  • Performance Tracking: You don't just "sell-in" to the shop; you care about the "sell-out" to the customer. You’ll track how new products are performing and quickly come up with a plan to fix things if sales are slow.
  • Master Negotiator: You handle the "money talk"—margins, display charges, and promotion costs. Your goal is to get us the best deal possible.
  • Promotion Planner: You’ll create the "mechanics"—like free gifts or special discounts—to make sure our products move off the shelves.
What's the skill required?
  • Industrial Experience: You’ve worked with large home appliances or kitchen appliances before. You already know the market price points and specs.
  • Connection Power: It’s a huge bonus if you already know the buyers or owners of Malaysia's big electrical chains.
  • Analytical Mind: You can look at sales data, see what's not working, and implement a "corrective action" (a fix) immediately.
  • Multilingual: Fluent in English and 中文 is a must to talk to brand owners and local dealers.
  • On-the-Go Mindset: You possess your own vehicle and are willing to travel whenever necessary to visit outlets, meet partners, or check on displays.

  • Merchandising Team: They are the "perfectionists" who visit every retail outlet to set up displays and train shop staff on our product selling points.

  • After-Sales & Warranty: A solid team to handle any technical issues or repairs, so dealers and customers stay happy.

  • Warehouse & Logistics: Our own team to handle all deliveries and stock movements across the country.
