A leading consumer goods company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to execute sales strategies and manage customer accounts. The role requires a minimum diploma and 3 years of FMCG sales experience. Candidates must possess strong negotiation and presentation skills, be fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin, and have their own transport. Follow and execute the implementation of Sales Plan/ Strategy by AM/ BIC/ HQ
Ensure market return are managed according to Company policy and procedures.
Ensure blocked orders from Credit Control are properly cleared or communicated.
Review aging report & follow up collection.
Review coverage plan with Channel Representative to manage route productivity
Raising of SPPF/ TDRAs to Trade Marketing for marketing programs within region
Communicate Trade Marketing focus to all sales personnel for effective execution.
Execution and division of all POSM received to the trade based on monthly TM focus
Perform field coaching with Channel Representative based on coaching requirements!
Manage and monitor new customer accounts opening.
Supervision and development of organization teams
Ensure all reporting documents are carried out correctly and timely by all team members according to agreed procedures.
Conduct weekly meeting with sales teams
Conduct performance appraisal with sales team yearly
