Trained and Involved in selling network security solution, IT networking and network security sales.

Include load balancer while the field of network security sales include: (i) web application firewall, DDos Protection solution (ii) PKI, HSM, eKYC

Preparing quotations, proposals and lead generation & prospect follow-up

Supporting tenders and customer documentation

Explaining product benefits in clear business terms

Ensuring good customer experience from inquiry to post-sales

Planning for customer/partner events and technical showcases to drive sales engagement

Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential end-user customers through various outreach methods.
  • Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs through effective negotiation and closing strategies.
  • 2. Channel Sales:
    • Develop and manage relationships with channel partners to drive sales initiatives.
    • Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
    • Provide training and support to partners to ensure they effectively represent our products.
    • Monitor partner performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • 3. Market Research:
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback.
    • Utilize market insights to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • 4. Reporting & Analysis:
    • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports for management.
    • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in technology sales, with a focus on both end-users and channel partners.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the technology landscape, including Server Load Balancer, WAF, HSM, Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
