Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales experience.
• Strong existing network in General Trade within the Central region.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage a sales team.
• Ability to analyze market trends and guide commercial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the sales strategy for the Central region and the North region.
• Restructure the Central region's coverage and revive inactive accounts.
• Lead and mentor the sales team to improve trade execution.
• Manage wholesaler relationships and negotiate trade terms.
