Job Title: Centre Manager – Senior Living & Elderly Care

Location: Sibu

Training Location: Kuching (Mandatory initial training)

Salary Range: RM 2,300 – RM 3,300 (Based on experience) + Performance Bonus

About Us

We are a newly established Senior Living Care provider in Sarawak with a vision to redefine elderly care. We believe that caring for the elderly is not just about medical needs—it is about providing a home, dignity, and genuine love. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a key leader to grow with us.

The Role

We are looking for a Centre Manager to run our operations independently. You will be the "heart" of our home. This is a hands‑on role; you are expected to lead by example, whether that means managing staff rosters or sitting down to talk with a lonely resident.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Centre Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring the facility is safe, clean, and fully compliant with regulations.
  2. Resident Welfare: Ensure every resident receives high-quality care, proper nutrition, and emotional support. You are the guardian of their well‑being.
  3. Team Leadership: Manage, roster, and motivate a team of caregivers and general workers. You must be firm on discipline but soft on empathy.
  4. Family Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between the centre and residents' families, handling inquiries and updates with professionalism and patience.
  5. Business Growth: Work with the owners to maintain occupancy levels and manage operational costs.
Requirements
  1. Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or nursing home is an advantage.
  2. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage staff.

  4. Language Skills: Basic proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to speak local dialects (Hokkien, Foochow, Iban, or Mandarin) is an advantage.
  5. Leadership Potential: You are responsible, organized, and can solve problems without constant supervision.
