Job summary

A retail store located in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a customer service representative to provide excellent service, handle cash transactions, and maintain a clean environment. The ideal candidate will have a High School/SPM/Diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends. Preference will be given to those with prior retail experience. This position will enhance customer interactions and require attention to detail in stock management.

Responsibilities

• Keep the counter clean, tidy, and hygienic to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Monitor and replenish counter stock, to avoid shortages.
