  • Maintain a clean and organized cashier area and restock necessary items.
  • Monitor and update e-menu platforms for availability.
  • Assist with service operations and coordinate with the kitchen.

  • Familiarity with POS systems (experience with ZEONIC is a plus).
  • Dependable and punctual with a customer-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
  • Open and close the cashier counter, manage float cash, and ensure accurate cash reconciliation at the end of the day.
  • Process all payment methods (cash, card, digital) accurately and efficiently.
  • Accurately input orders into the ZEONIC system, including orders from delivery platforms such as Grab and FoodPanda.
  • Issue receipts properly, handle refunds and voids with managerial approval, and securely manage large sums of cash.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cashier area; restock necessary items (e.g., receipt paper, lollipops).
  • Monitor and update e-menu platforms; promptly remove out-of-stock items to reflect real-time availability.
  • Assist with service operations, coordinate with the kitchen on item availability, and ensure daily sales are accurately reported.
  • Protect customer data, maintain confidentiality, and ensure a proper handover of sales and documents during shift changes or closing.
