A vehicle rental company in Sepang, Selangor is seeking a dedicated team member to assist customers with vehicle selection, handle inquiries, and manage various vehicle operations. You will perform inspections, maintain accurate records, and ensure that vehicles are ready for each renter. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience and a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree. Strong customer service skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
TRIPPAL HOLIDAY SDN. BHD. – Sepang, Selangor
Assist customers with vehicle selection, explain rental policies, and process bookings.
Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and upsell services (GPS, insurance, etc.).
Manage payments and secure rental agreements.
Perform pre-rental inspections and post-rental checks (damage, cleanliness).
Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for the next renter.
Coordinate vehicle maintenance and transfers with the operations team.
Maintain accurate records of rentals, payments, and vehicle status.
Manage reservation systems and inventory levels.
Strong customer service and communication.
Attention to detail for inspections and paperwork.
Problem-solving for customer issues.
Sales and upselling abilities.
Basic administrative and computer skills.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field
Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
Preferably candidate who are staying in Sepang area
