Job summary

A transport services company based in Kuala Lumpur is looking for an independent contractor to drive and transport passengers. Responsibilities include assisting with luggage, collecting fares, and ensuring timely delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently. This role does not include employee benefits and follows a contract for service arrangement, primarily working Monday to Friday.

• Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
• Non-smoker, maintaining good personal hygiene, and able to dress appropriately in business attire while on duty.

Responsibility

• Drive cars, vans or small vehicles to transport passengers, mail, or goods on behalf of the Client.
• Assist passengers with handling of luggage when required.
• Collect fares, payments for deliveries, or obtain acknowledgement of receipt.
• Report location and availability through agreed communication methods and follow the Client’s instructions.
• Determine the most appropriate route to ensure timely delivery or transport.
• The Contractor must be able to travel between the Client’s base (Desa ParkCity) and his/her residence using his/her own car, motorcycle, or other means of private transport.
• This is a contract for service (independent contractor arrangement).
• The Contractor shall be paid a service fee as agreed separately.
• Working days shall be Monday to Friday in principle. Working hours, off-days, and rest breaks shall be based on mutual agreement between the Client and the Contractor.
• No employee benefits (such as paid leave, medical leave, or medical claims) are provided under thisarrangement.
