A luxury hotel group in Ipoh is seeking a Captain for Dockyard at Kerry Hotel. You will provide exceptional service to guests, ensure smooth operations, and assist in daily management. The ideal candidate has 3 years of experience, preferably in supervisory roles, and strong communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; supervisory experience in F&B would be an advantage.

  • Provide quality service to guests.
  • Ensure smooth operations of the work section.
  • Ensure service/items are prepared according to restaurant standards.
  • Check cleanliness of the section.
  • Collect feedback during operation for guest satisfaction.
  • Assist the Manager in the day-to-day operations.

We are looking for a Captain - Dockyard based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!

As a Captain - Dockyard, we rely on you to:

  • Provide quality service to guests
  • Ensure smooth operations of the work section appointed and strive for guests’ delights
  • Ensure that service / items are prepared according to restaurant standards
  • Check the cleanliness of the section prior to and after service
  • Collect feedback during operation to ensure guests’ satisfaction
  • Assist the Manager in the day-to-day operations

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; supervisory experience in F&B would be an advantage
  • Formal training in Hospitality Management would be an advantage
  • Customer-oriented and detail-minded team player
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
