As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support in Cantonese. What you'll be doing
  • Answering incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers about our products and services
  • Resolving customer inquiries and complaints effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Identifying and escalating any complex issues to the appropriate team members
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up as needed
  • Continuously seeking ways to improve customer satisfaction and the overall service delivery
What we're looking for
